Holiday house in a beautiful location in Javea, Costa Blanca, for a maximum of 10 people. This beautiful holiday property in a sunny location, situated at the foot of the mountain Montgo, offers enchanting views of the valley and the mountain range and consists of two units (main house on 2 floors and a separate guest house). The superbly equipped villa offers many extras such as a pool table, internet access, table tennis, darts and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The garden is well maintained and offers space for children to play, several terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. In 10 minutes by car from Javea center, the harbor, several beaches or the golf course of Javea. Central heating is available in winter.

Beaches and climate:
The Costa Blanca has many good beaches. They are generally broad, long and covered with fine golden sand. The most popular beaches on the Costa Blanca are around Alicante, Guardamar, Santa Pola Torre la Mata, La Marina, Torrevieja and Benidorm.
